Summary

Topola Skies Resort & Aquapark has been our partner since 2019, located in the village of Topola on the northern Black Sea coast. The complex offers a variety of services and attractions such as Dream SPA, an aquapark, Zip Line, and entertainment for children and adults.

Our main goal was to increase direct bookings through their own online platform and promote the new attractions. Since then, we have successfully worked on developing and maintaining their brand, achieving sustainable online presence and growth in direct online bookings.

Case

The main challenge for the 2024 season was to increase the average occupancy of Topola Skies Resort by optimizing the average booking price. 

In addition to branding, advertising activities, and social media maintenance, our main focus for the active season was to run a PR campaign, which included an Info tour, press trip, press releases, influencer campaign, two giveaways, and targeted digital ads for Bulgaria and Romania.

The goal was to improve brand awareness and online positioning by using a mix of marketing services.

We emphasized the hotel’s strengths, attractions, and positive guest reviews to build trust through independent sources and engage potential customers.

Our goal was to attract the attention of middle to high-income clients seeking an unforgettable summer holiday by the sea in a resort that offers everything in one place. For Topola Skies, it was essential to stand out with the large number of entertainment and relaxation opportunities available in the resort, both in the Bulgarian and Romanian markets.

Analysis and Development of Brand and Marketing Strategy

Communication Strategy 

By using a systematic methodology, we built the strategic communication framework in which the brand communicates with its consumers, so as to fully reflect the essence, philosophy, and mission of the brand.

Design Concept

We built a unified and consolidated communication approach by using fonts, colors, and graphic elements that establish the communication authenticity and uniqueness of the brand.

Online Analysis and SWOT Analysis

We analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of the brand, the opportunities for growth, and the potential dangers arising from market dynamics and consumer attitudes. The analysis was also carried out for direct competitors.

SEO & UX Design 

We updated the UX design to make it easier for users to navigate the site and make online bookings, and with the correct SEO strategy, to be easily found in search engines.

Web design & Copywriting

The website design is built with a focus on the core brand elements and color code, while the copywriting focuses on the unique features of the brand.

Marketing Mix & Positioning

After a systematic analysis, we defined the precise positioning of the brand, which we then communicated through a mix of the most relevant marketing activities for it and its consumers.

Professional photoshoots

Professional photoshoots showcase and build the brand in a professional manner, highlighting its key aspects and enhancing trust and engagement with the audience.

Authentic video shooting

We apply authentic video shooting to create a real connection with the audience and convey true experiences. It increases engagement and shares on social media, boosting brand awareness and trust.

Social media management

Regular posting of content on Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business, using all formats to communicate the brand’s core values on a weekly basis.

We maximized the effectiveness of the advertising budget on Meta by using Engagement, Conversions, and campaigns in Romania to find new audiences and engage the already warm ones.

Using a press release promotes the brand in independent media. This strategy reaches a broad audience, increases brand awareness, and builds trust with potential customers.

Press Trip campaign with bloggers

Bloggers share authentic experiences, which increases interest in the brand and attracts new customers, as their audience identifies with their adventures.

Influencer campaigns

With the right combination of influencers from different ranks and industries, we aimed to promote the brand to a segmented audience.

This campaign gave us the opportunity to generate a large number of video and photo content for social media:
