Legal basis and purposes of processing the personal data collected for sending the newsletter::
Your personal data will be processed and stored by the Administrator on the following grounds: the explicit consent you have given for the processing of your personal data for the purposes and within the periods specified in these terms, as well as for the purpose of communication in order to send the commercial newsletter.
Your personal data will be used by the Administrator within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and will not be shared with third parties, except with: the automated marketing platform MailChimp for the purpose of sending the newsletter; the companies managing the relevant plugin or social network you choose to use; and Google, for web analytics purposes. The latter will only receive information regarding your IP address and log, solely for the purpose of performing the analysis.
Your personal data will be stored in accordance with the legal requirements for personal data protection in electronic format in the following electronic register maintained by the Administrator: “MEmotion Register,” for no longer than the minimum period necessary for this purpose after your unsubscription.
Your rights
You may obtain information from the Administrator about your personal data stored by them at any time, and you have the right to access it.
You may request your personal data to be corrected at any time in case of inaccuracy and/or inconsistency.
I am aware of my obligation to notify the Administrator of any changes to my personal data.
You may request the deletion of your personal data or ask the Administrator to restrict the processing.

If we process your personal data based on your consent when signing up to receive a newsletter or free material, you may withdraw this consent at any time.
